Annual Congregational Meeting
All members of the congregation are invited to the Annual Congregational Meeting which will be held on Sunday, January 31 at 12:00 Noon in the Community Room. During the meeting we will receive reports from Pastor, Council, Committees, Altar Guild and WELCA. We will receive finance reports for 2009 and approve budget for 2010 and elect members of the council. WELCA Team Deborah will be supplying the fellowship. Come and join to be actively involved in the congregational life.

Wednesday Afternoon Social Club
The ladies are having a good time on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month. We will have our second monthly meeting on January 20th at 1 PM. Gentlemen are cordially invited to attend. You can even have a separate table, if you wish. There is always room for more. Come and join us, one and all, for a good couple hours.

Worship Committee
Please comin and join the Worship Committee. We meet only four times a year at the church, and our meetings are held after Worship on a Sunday. We discuss important topics related to Worship services and also special services throughout the year. Your input and involvement will greatly enhance our Sunday Worship. Please join.

New Church Envelopes
Your church envelopes for 2010 are now available, if you have not picked them up already. Please use these envelopes for your church donation. Your envelope number may be different so throw out or recycle your 2009 envelopes and do not use them. If you would like envelopes please see the church secretary, Chris Lord-Barry.
